Benjamin Greene

  • Benjamin P. Greene is Assistant Professor of History at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  Professor Greene’s research focuses on American foreign relations during the Cold War, with a special emphasis on nuclear history.  He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University and is the author of the author of Eisenhower, Science Advice, and the Nuclear Test-Ban Debate, 1945-1963. His other publications include numerous articles and book reviews on a range of topics related to American foreign relations that range from American exceptionalism to the Vietnam War.  A retired Army officer, he has previously taught history at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.
