Randall B. Woods is the John A. Cooper Distinguished Professor of History at the University of Arkansas. Among his books are A Changing of the Guard: Anglo-American Relations, 1941-1946, The Dawning of the Cold War, Fulbright: A Biography, and LBJ: Architect of American Ambition. He is a former dean of Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences and a past president of the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations. He has served as a Fulbright Senior Scholar in both Germany and Argentina and will be the Mellon Visiting Scholar at Cambridge in the spring of 2012.
